I've had the same issue today too, topped up and still not showing on meter. Payment went through ok, my supply will cut off in the morning if this isn't resolved.

Have your supplies restored since your posts? If your top up is not going on to the meter automatically you can enter the vend code from your receipt manually. A guide on how to do this is on the community and you can get to it here

Thanks - the system was just overwhelmed with demand and maintenance issues especially given the changes since October 1st and a high volume of traffic enquiring about the Energy Rebate Scheme.
???????In future a manual input of the voucher number through vend mode tops up the account immediately. ?
