Hi.

I am wondering how to access help towards Gas and Electricity.

I am a PAYG customer with a SMART Meter.

I have never asked for help before.

???????But I am finding it difficult.

Ok great to hear you have the app - have you used the 'Power up' section of it? You can apply for top-ups that you can pay back at no extra cost as part of all future top-ups ?

@Rebecca ah... I didnt know how it worked.. Also what about the money the government has given out to energy companies to help people who are struggling financially with Gas and Electricity..

In regards to the government energy grant - they should be paid out to all UK households September/October the way this will be distributed has not yet been determined. This is the Warm Home Discount you may be thinking of - and applications usually open around August, which we keep all our customers updated on - including here on the community ?
