@Lyng37 I had similar frustrations with their online live chat, and eventually gave up and, instead, called them over the phone (using Skype, but I doubt that's relevant)...and they picked up very quickly and forwarded me to their billing department who solved my problem very efficiently and satisfactorily - I was impressed. Maybe give it a try?
