I have made numerous attempts to speak to an agent without success!!

I'm looking to start an account with this energy company but if this is an example of the customer service that I can expect I may go elsewhere!!??

@DavidLanham290561 I had a poor experience with one person I spoke with before I switched to Utilita, but a 2nd attempt was better, and the advantages of this company are potentially significant, so I switched. My experiences since switching have been very good, if I actually call them rather than use their "live chat"...

???????I've only been with them about a month, so it's possible I've been lucky, but I'm optimistic. Worth sticking it out, imo.
