Not had three now and made complaints none stop even by email and phone keep being fobbed off not had one call back I’m absolutely fuming worst company ever

I haven't received any at all.
Been getting fobbed off for 5 months now.
Each time I manage to get through on the phone they assure me that my case is being escalated and all will be resolved. I leave it another month and nothing.
???????My patience has run out now next stop ofgem and the ombudsman!
