Morning, sorry to bump a two week old thread but I don't seem to have an option in my MyUtilita app to transfer credit at all

I only had one smart meter until a month ago so I never had to look for the option.
???????Today was the first time I've looked for it so I can only presume it was never there on my app.

@Jammydodger1980 I have seen this issue before for members - 99.9% of the time it has been because the text settings on smart phones are enlarged - which causes the action buttons to disappear - we are working on that not being affected by enlarged text settings - but can you check that and make sure the text size is on the auto/regular default text size and see if the button re-appears?

I've double checked and even changed all visual settings back to default but the option is not showing at all

@Jammydodger1980 That is very strange indeed! Have you tried deleting and redownloading the app?

Yeah, I've just tried that and it's made no difference at all.

Your best bet would be to open a live chat by popping onto the Utilita website - and speaking to an advisor who will be able to access your energy account(s) and seeing if there are any issues within your account that could be causing this - if they cannot find anything then they will raise an App Technical Fault Ticket for our App Team to investigate and fix.
